From Tbilisi Day
to Tbilisi's First Crayfish Bar
Founded in 2018 in Tbilisi Old Town — built by people who love Tbilisi, delicious food, good vibes, making new friends, and stunning views.
How it started
Los Crayfish Hermanos was born on Tbilisi Day in October 2017, when Daniel and Graham — two friends with a shared passion for Georgian food, drink, and the city itself — first met. After countless evenings over khinkali, Georgian wine and more chacha than was strictly necessary (Graham even attending Daniel's wedding somewhere in the middle of it all), the idea took shape: a bar in Old Tbilisi dedicated entirely to fresh crayfish.
In April 2018 we opened our doors for the very first time and have been welcoming guests ever since!
The bar
In Spring 2026 we moved to our new home - a beautiful rooftop terrace in the Avlabari area of old Tbilisi — open-air, with sweeping views across the old city, from the Narikala fortress and Mother Of Georgia statue, across to Mtatsminda park and its iconic tv tower, with the rolling green hills and mountains between. Alongside our crayfish, we serve Georgian craft beer, Georgian wines, craft chacha, a wide selection of spirits, and hot and cold drinks. Takeaway is available and delivery can be arranged.
We're seasonal — we open in spring once the lakes have unfrozen, and we stay open until late autumn when the lakes freeze over again and the crayfish take their annual skiing vacation.

The crayfish
Never frozen.
Every crayfish we serve is sourced fresh. We do not use frozen crayfish — ever. When the season ends, we stop serving them.
This is the standard we hold ourselves to. It's the whole point.
The Hermanos
Daniel
The first solid food that he ate as a baby was delicious crayfish. Daniel brings the local heart of Los Crayfish Hermanos — he knows every supplier, every recipe, and every regular by name.
Graham
Arrived in Tbilisi on Tbilisi Day 2017 with a backpack, a taste for adventure, and a plan to stay for a couple of weeks. That day changed everything — and the rest, as they say, is crayfish.

We recommend booking ahead for groups and busy evenings — we're a rooftop bar and space is limited.

We strongly recommend booking in advance for larger groups. Reach out by phone or email and we'll confirm your table and any specific requirements.
Couples & small groups
Walk-ins are welcome when we have space. For busy evenings and weekends, a quick message ahead gives you peace of mind.

Always Live & Fresh
We only supply live crayfish — never dead or frozen. The same quality standard we hold ourselves to in our own bar.
Domestic Supply
Tbilisi deliveries via taxi (20kg minimum). Anywhere else in Georgia via the marshrutka network or another transport method of your choosing (30kg minimum).
International Supply
We can supply live crayfish anywhere in the world via global air freight. Minimum order quantity is 210kg.
