We're Back for 2026 — Now on a new rooftop in Avlabari

Tbilisi's original seafood bar is open again. As of Monday 13th July 2026, Los Crayfish Hermanos is back for the season — and this year we've moved to a beautiful new rooftop terrace in the Avlabari area of Old Tbilisi, on the roof of Suli Hostel.

If you've visited us before, the essentials haven't changed: fresh crayfish, cooked to our traditional recipe, always fresh and never frozen. What has changed is the view. From our new spot at 13A Gutani I Dead End, you can look out across the Narikala fortress and the Mother of Georgia statue, over to Mtatsminda Park and its iconic television tower, with the hills of the city rolling inbetween. It's one of the best rooftop views in Tbilisi, and we think it might just be the most photogenic seat in the city for a plate of crayfish and a cold Georgian beer.

Alongside the crayfish, the full drinks list is back too — Georgian craft beer, Georgian wines, craft chacha, and a wide selection of spirits. Whether you're after a quiet evening for two or a table for a group celebration, we'll be open every day from 17:00 to 23:00 with the friendly service that you have come to love.
